The breath-work course is designed for anyone who is interested in improving their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and no prior experience with breath-work is required.

In the breathwork course, you will learn various breathing techniques and exercises that will help you reduce stress, increase energy, improve focus, and more. You will also learn about the science behind breathwork and how it impacts your physical, mental, and emotional health.
The course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of pranayama, including the concept of prana, or life force energy, and its relationship with consciousness. You Learn about the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system, including the structure and function of the nose and its role in breathing. Explore the physiological effects of pranayama and the five koshas, or layers of the body, with a focus on the pranamaya kosha. Unlock and activate your pranamaya kosha with techniques designed to expand your lung capacity and improve your breathing, and so much more.

The breathwork course is typically 5 weeks long, with one session per week. Each session will last approximately 1 to 2 hours.

You will receive support during the group lessons to guide you through the breath-work techniques and exercises. I will also be available in between classes to answer any questions you may have and provide feedback on your progress.

Also you will receive a special bonus of weekly sessions 1-1, to go even more in depth.

The video classes are in your own platform, and you can download the app, where you can watch all videos, or listen to them as a podcast. The breath-work classes will be delivered online, using a virtual platform such as Zoom. You will be able to participate in the course from the comfort of your own home.  Convenient and accessible - regardless of where you are located.
