Absolutely. That's one of the most common reasons people write. Just describe where you are, what you're looking for, and what feels uncertain. A brief message is enough to get the conversation started.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. All coaching containers (Deep Dive, The Foundation, The Path) are held online. Private practice sessions in yoga, pranayama, and meditation are also available online. Jordy is based in the Sacred Valley of Peru — and works with people anywhere in the world.
