How soon will I hear back from you?
Within 48 hours — usually sooner. If your question is time-sensitive (for example, the retreat Early Bird deadline), mention it and I'll prioritise.
I'm not sure which offer is right for me — can I still reach out?
Absolutely, that's one of the most common reasons people write. No application, no prior history needed. Just describe where you are, what you're looking for, and what feels uncertain. A brief message is enough.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. All coaching containers (Deep Dive, The Foundation, The Path) are held online, as are private practice sessions in yoga, pranayama, and meditation. I'm based in the Sacred Valley of Peru and work with people anywhere in the world.
