If you are interested in executive coaching services, you can sign up for our waiting list or schedule a 20-minute consultation call to discuss your goals and aspirations. During this initial consultation, we will work together to identify your strengths and weaknesses, set clear and measurable goals, and develop a comprehensive plan to achieve them.
Once we have identified your needs, you may proceed to book your first strategy session or select a coaching package that suits your requirements. The coaching packages are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and we are committed to providing you with the full support and guidance necessary to achieve your goals.
The duration of this type of coaching can vary depending on your personal goals and needs. Some executives may only require a few sessions, while others may work with me for an extended period of time to work on things that are living in the subconscious, and become a peaceful complete human being. There are options for 1 long strategy session, a package for 6 sessions, or full support for 3, 6, and 12 months.

Executive coaching is focused on professional development and achieving specific goals, while therapy is focused on mental health and emotional well-being. Some people choose to work with me instead of a therapist, although I am not qualified as a therapist, and I will typically not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, but instead help you to overcome obstacles and achieve your professional and personal goals.
The results of executive coaching can vary depending on the individual's goals and needs, and commitment. Some common outcomes include improved leadership skills, a better work-life balance, greater self-awareness, more joy and achievement of professional and personal goals.
The focus is on feeling love for life again, walking around with a clear conscience, and avoiding any regrets at the end of life. It helps leaders learn to lead with love, feel light, and remember the Sacred Self to feel absolutely radiant.
The coaching involves doing inner work, becoming innocent again, and living from a place of integrity. The coaching process is designed to battle darkness by consistently working on the self, doing something meaningful, making an impact, and showing up to serve in integrity. Conscious Executive coaching is a path to making sacred sacrifices and becoming a complete human being that inspires others. To measure progress and success in coaching, we will start by setting goals and creating a plan during our initial sessions. Throughout our coaching journey, we will track your progress and adjust our plan as needed. Additionally, I can assist you in setting up a project-management system to keep track of everything, and provide other useful tools to help you stay organized and on track. In some cases, I may even offer hands-on support to help you achieve your goals.
