What we sell

Soulful Solutions provides wellness, education and coaching services:

  • Online courses — self-paced video and written programmes in breathwork, pranayama, meditation and personal development, delivered through our course platform.
  • One-to-one coaching and mentorship — scheduled private sessions delivered online or in person, sold individually or as multi-session containers.
  • Private practice sessions — individual yoga, breathwork and meditation instruction.
  • Retreats — multi-day group and private residential retreats in the Sacred Valley, Peru, comprising yoga, breathwork, meditation, ceremonial elements rooted in Andean tradition, guided hikes, workshops and coaching.
  • Guest teaching — breathwork, meditation and embodiment sessions delivered for third-party retreats, studios and organisations.

We do not sell physical goods, and we do not sell or supply any controlled or regulated substance.

Professional standing

Jordy Jaarsma is a 700-hour certified yoga and pranayama teacher with additional specialisation in breathwork, and has worked with over 500 clients since 2020.

Our services support general wellbeing. They are not medical or psychological treatment, they do not diagnose or cure any condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical or mental-health condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescribed medication, consult your doctor before beginning any breathwork, yoga or retreat programme. Participation is at your own risk and subject to the intake process described in our Terms of Service.

Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems. The provider shown at checkout is the merchant of record for that transaction. The exact name that appears on your bank or card statement is set by that payment provider and is shown to you at checkout before you pay.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise. Where your card is denominated in another currency, your bank's conversion rate and any foreign-transaction fee apply and are outside our control.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at jordy@soulfulsolutions.co. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and to resolve it within 14 days. Most issues are resolved this way, and it is faster for you than a card dispute.

Consumers resident in Peru may also refer a complaint to INDECOPI, the national consumer protection authority (indecopi.gob.pe).

Consumers resident in the European Union retain all mandatory rights granted by the consumer protection law of their country of residence, regardless of the governing-law clause in our Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

All course content, written material, worksheets, audio, video, imagery and the Soulful Solutions name and branding are owned by Soulful Solutions S.A.C.S. or used under licence. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own development. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit you to copy, resell, publish, share your login, or teach from the material commercially without written permission.
